How will it work?
We find (and you can suggest) advertising deals to reach people that want to start a home business or simply make more money. The advertising may be Banner or Text link impressions or Click thru’s or actual leads. What ever the results of the ad is will be shared by all evenly on a per share basis.
For example: We find a reputable ad package that has an estimated 500 clicks and they sell for $400. We sell 10 shares for $45 each and lets say 10 people bought 1 share each, then each person would get about 50 clicks to their web page. You can buy 1 share or multiple shares but you do not have to buy the whole package like most of their customers.
Another Example: We find a deal of 10,000 impressions for $100. We would sell 10 shares at $12 each and each share holder would get 1,000 impressions per share they purchased.
We would list the deals on our website with what the ad package is all about, how many shares will be available, what the shares will cost each, and all the details. You will get tracking information as well.
We will do most of the advertising using a URL Rotator which works like this: We have 10 share buyers so we have slots for 10 web pages. Each share holder chooses the page they would like to advertise and sends it to us. We set up a page that goes to the rotator so that each time a visitor comes to that page he/she sees the next page in line. You can see one working right now by going to this page. Questions:
Can I buy more than one share? Yes. You can buy 1 share or multiple shares.
When do the ad packages actually begin running? Within 48 hours of all the shares being sold.
How will I pay? We will set up a paypal button for each ad co-op.
What happens if all the shares do not sell? If we are unable to sell all the shares we will simply refund all the purchases back though paypal. We will also purchase shares for our own sites so we hope this will not be an issue.
What ad companies will you use? We will use companies that we have testimonials from and believe are reputable. please understand that if you see 1,000,000 visitors advertised for $50 that is a scam. If you have a company you have dealt with and want to be in a co-op please feel free to contact us. We want the co-op to benefit everyone.
Do we guarantee results? No. please understand that we are using other companies to do the actual advertising. Most reputable companies do not guarantee results since so much is out of their control. So things like sales cannot be guaranteed. If the ad campaign says guaranteed 10,000 impressions, clicks or leads, then we will hold them to that.

Pyramid schemes are you in one?
Just what are pyramid schemes and how would you recognize one?
A pyramid scheme will usually offer a product or service with no inherent value. The product could be a report or a mailing list or any service or product that you wouldn’t buy on its own. In these pyramid schemes, you would be required to recruit new members into the scheme in order to make a profit and keep the company and the process going.
You may have heard or been to meeting where it is explained that “if you get 2 and they get 2 and they get 2..before you know it you have thousands of recruits below you and you are rich”. This almost never happens. I say almost because some WILL get rich, but most will not.
One good simple test is to ask yourself “Do I make money recruiting people or do I make money when sales are generated?” If you make money based on recruiting only, with no sales, then you are in a pyramid scheme.

Legal multi-level marketing (MLM) involves being recruited in order to sell a product or service that actually has some inherent value. As a rep for the company, you can make a profit from the sales of the product or service, so you don’t necessarily have to recruit more reps. You sell the products and make commissions and if you recruit then you leverage yourself and can make much more.
There are many legitimate network marketing companies or MLM’s in the world because it is a viable marketing method. people buy from people and others recommendations and that is all that MLM is about. Referring others to a product or service. Some examples of network marketing companies that have been around and stood the test of time are Amway, Watkins, Pampered Chef, Shaklee and others.

A Ponzi scheme is unlike pyramid schemes since in a Ponzi scheme the fraud lies in taking money from subsequent investors and paying off the earlier investors. Early investor think the venture is working great since they see a great return on investment (which is money from latter investors) and often they reinvest. At some point there is just not enough money to pay and the scheme collapses.

A system or company is in violation of the law if
- You must pay money for the right to receive compensation for recruiting new reps
- You must buy specific products before you are allowed to join the plan
- You must sell an unreasonable amount of product (called loading) to a participant
- You refuse to allow people to return products
I would advise first that you do your own research into the company. If you do decide to join a legitimate network marketing company, join under someone who is successful and can mentor you.
Build a business instead of a down line. What does that mean? Focus on helping people succeed instead of focusing on how may you recruit. If you build trust and people see that you genuinely interested in them and helping them succeed then not only will you sleep better at night but if the company that you represent goes under, you can go to another company and take your trusted followers with you.
